In accordance with the Village of Orwell’s Charter there area five (5) Council members that represent the people of the Village. Council members are non-partisan elected offices that are voted on during the general elections held in November.

Council meets at the Village Administration Building, 179 West Main Street, Orwell, OH 44076 every second Tuesday of the month at 4:30 p.m. for work sessions and every third Tuesday of the month at 4:30 p.m. for regular council meetings.
