Grand Valley Library Halloween Party
The Village of Orwell, in partnership with the Grand Valley Public Library, was thrilled to host its First Annual Community Halloween Party, bringing together families, friends, and neighbors for an evening of Halloween festivities and community spirit!
The inaugural event was a tremendous success, welcoming more than 400 children throughout the evening. The impressive turnout highlighted the strong sense of community that makes Orwell such a special place to live, work, and raise a family.
The Village would like to extend a special thank you to Jackie Foote, Chair of the Village of Orwell Parks Board and Executive Director of the Grand Valley Public Library, for her outstanding leadership, dedication, and efforts in organizing this event in collaboration with Village Manager Dr. Sean Ratican. Their commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for residents and families helped make this inaugural celebration possible.
Events like this demonstrate the importance of partnerships between local government, community organizations, and residents. By working together, we can continue creating memorable experiences, strengthening community connections, and establishing traditions that families can enjoy for generations to come.
Thank you to everyone who attended, participated, and helped make the Village of Orwell's First Annual Halloween Party such a success! We look forward to building upon this year's celebration and making next year's event even bigger and better.
Happy Halloween from the Village of Orwell! 🎃
