Welcome! Thank you for visiting our website. The Village of Orwell is located in Ashtabula County, in northeast Ohio, within the region known as the Grand Valley. Incorporated on March 27, 1921, Orwell is the economic hub and Southwest Gateway to Ashtabula County.
Unless posted otherwise, all meetings are held at the village hall, 179 West Main Street, Orwell.
Work sessions are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 4:30 p.m.
Regular council meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month at 4:30 p.m.
Planning and Zoning Commission Meetings will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesdays, January 19, 2022; March 30, 2022; May 25, 2022; July 27, 2022, September 28, 2022; and November 30, 2022.
Zoning Board of Appeals meetings are held on an as-needed basis.
